Ingredients for the meatballs:
800g ground beef
3 slices of bread
2 onions, grated
1 tomato, grated
1/3 fl. vinegar
1 egg
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chopped basil
1 tbsp chopped mint
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Flour
For the meatballs:
Put the minced meat on a plate and pour vinegar
Add the ingredients: bread, onions, egg, herbs, salt and pepper
Knead the mixture
Cover it and leave it in the fridge for half an hour
Then we take it out of the fridge and start shaping the meatballs
After we have shaped them, we flour them
Heat the olive oil and fry the meatballs for 3 minutes on each side
Place the meatballs on non-stick paper to absorb excess oil
