How to make juicy and tender grilled steak in a pan!

We all love a juicy grilled steak. But it is not always possible to do this sometimes because of the weather and other times because we simply don't have a bbq at home.

I have a technique for cooking the steak that will look like a grilled steak in the end, don't tell you it will be even better.

It comes out very juicy with a nice crust all around, soft and tender.

The best utensil we need is a cast iron skillet or griddle.

The cast iron develops and maintains a high temperature giving the perfect crust to the steak and preserving all its juices so that it remains juicy and tender.

This way you will have the most tender juicy beef steak you have ever tasted.

Dry the beef well

Whatever cut of beef you use, make sure to let it come to room temperature.

It is very important if the meat is moist to dry it very well on absorbent kitchen paper.

Only when the beef is dry will it make the perfect crust all around.

Preheat the cast iron

The good heating of the pan will give the steak or rib eye the right cooking.

For this reason, the pan should be heavy and ideally cast iron. The cast iron pan develops a high temperature which it maintains throughout the cooking process.

In this way, we achieve the coveted crust on the well-cooked steak. This way, all the juices of the meat are preserved inside the steak, so it comes out very juicy.

Oil the pan

It is necessary to oil the pan so that the steak is cooked properly all around.

When you put the steak in the hot cast iron, lower the temperature to medium to high heat.

Depending on the thickness of the steak, you must turn the meat over so that it is properly cooked to the degree of doneness you desire.

Juicy steak

For a juicy steak, after removing the meat from the pan, leave it for a few minutes to recover its juices that come to the surface in the form of bubbles during cooking.

Many times we want to grill a steak, but if you have a cast iron pan and follow my instructions it will turn out exactly like this. This is the best, juicy, tender steak like a grill steak.

Good luck!
