It comes from Greek pigs of small weight (8–12 kg) , raised on certified farms , with a natural plant-based diet without hormones and antibiotics .
The traditional preparation of roast pork, either on a charcoal spit or in a convection oven , offers a crispy exterior and soft, juicy flesh on the inside.
It is an ideal choice for holiday tables, festivals or professional use .

  • Spit: Roast over medium heat for 3–3.5 hours , brushing frequently with oil, lemon, and oregano.

  • Oven: 180°C for 2.5 hours covered with parchment paper. Uncover for the last 20 minutes to get a crispy skin.

For an extra crispy result, brush the skin with a mixture of salt, mustard & olive oil before baking.
