French-cut wild boar loin (Crown) stuffed with Asparagus & Mastello of Chios
Ingredients : wild boar meat 86%, asparagus, mastello cheese , salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, corn.
Baking method: Pour a little melted butter over the crown and place it in the oven in a pan and bake for 3 hours at 150 degrees in the air. Then, we add the corns to our pan and continue baking for another quarter of an hour. Finally, let the steak cool down and cut into portions.
