Wild boar shank with Dijon mustard & honey
Ingredients : wild boar meat 70%, Dijon mustard 10% (contains mustard seed ), honey 5%, orange juice, celery , garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, carrots.
Cooking method:
We put all our ingredients in a baking dish and place the dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees cyclothermic and bake for about 2:30 to 3 hours. At the 1st hour, pour the juice that has come out in our pan into the dish on the leg. Continue baking for another 1 to 1:30 hours at the same temperature.
