Λίγο σκληρό κρέας

Είναι καλή επιλογή για όσους κάνουν κέτο ή κάρνιβορ, αλλά είναι λίγο πιο σκληρό κομμάτι. Το έψησα στο airfryer, ψήθηκε σωστά αλλά είχε μάλλον αρκετές ίνες.
