Κορυφή! Πρώτα στο τηγάνι 5 λεπτά θωρακισμα,μετά 18 λεπτά στο φούρνο στους 160, σάλτσα στο τηγάνι με δαμάσκηνα, σύκα, μπαλσαμικο και μέλι,Ε κ π λ η κ τ ι κ ο!
