🔥 Preparation Method (5–10 minutes)

Pan

1️⃣ Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat .
2️⃣ Add 1–2 tbsp water or a few drops of broth to keep it juicy.
3️⃣ Heat for 5–8 minutes , turning carefully.

Grill

• Heat for 5–8 minutes , turning frequently for an even result.

Oven

• Preheat to 180°C and heat for 8–10 minutes in a baking pan (optionally with a light cover to prevent drying).

Air Fryer

180°C for 6–10 minutes , depending on thickness, turning halfway through.
