🔥 Baking / Cooking Instructions
Oven (air):
1️⃣ Preheat to 180°C .
2️⃣ Place the goat's arm in a baking dish with potatoes, lemon, oregano and a little olive oil.
3️⃣ Bake for 2.5–3 hours , basting occasionally with its juices.
4️⃣ For the last 15 minutes, increase the temperature to 200°C for crispy skin.
Pot:
Sauté the meat with olive oil, deglaze with white wine, add water or broth and simmer for 1:45–2 hours , until tender.
💡 Chef's tip:
For a rich, aromatic result, add a little thyme, garlic and lemon zest at the end of baking.
