From low-yielding mountain vineyards of northern Chios (Ancient region of Ariusia famous for its wines), where we cultivate the native varieties Agiannitiko, Fokiano and Mandilaria. This semi-sweet red wine is produced. With a traditional way of ripening the grapes. Their aroma and sugars are concentrated. The Melanitis semi-sweet red wine Ktima Kefala is dominated by aromatic notes of honey and dried fruit, while in the mouth its rich taste is rounded off by soft tannins. Served at 16-18 oC.
