The two red varieties of Santorini, Mandilaria and Mavrotragano are vinified and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. One of the best value for money wines of Santorini. Served at 18oC.
Deep red color, with aromas of ripe red fruits and spices, soft tannins that give the fruit a chewiness, balanced acidity and a complex aftertaste.
Dry red wine with a diverse composition of Mavrotragano 60% and Mandilaria 40%. Standard red vinification, fermentation and aging for 1 year in stainless tanks. Under controlled temperature. A portion of the must ferments in French oak barrels.
