Its production requires an early morning harvest and immediate transport of the grapes to the winery, careful sorting and filling of the pneumatic press with whole grapes, as well as small, light presses that release not only the finest but also the richest elements of the variety, combined with the special rose color. Fermented at a controlled temperature to preserve aromas and freshness.

It stands out for its bright, playful color that evokes the Rhone Valley. The fresh floral nose and pleasant cool mouth complement its attractive appearance.
