Handmade carbonated soft drink without sugar, from Cascara beans
Coffee beans are the seed of a coffee cherry fruit and the husk that encloses the seed is the cascara. The fruit of the brown cherry is yellow or red in color. It is a drink made from the husk of the coffee cherry. Cascara coffee (husk in Spanish) is a drink made from the dried shell of the beans. The drink is rich in antioxidants and mainly polyphenols. The low carbonation gives it the acidity and body it needs to fully harmonize in taste in a unique cherry blossom coffee tea!
