Alcoholic fermentation takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature, in order to express the variety, with daily periodic recycling to enhance the color and aromatic potential of the wine produced. The malolactic fermentation is completed in tank, with successive maturation for 12 months with batonnage, and a minimum reduction maturation of 6 months in bottle. Wine that is drunk fresh at a cool temperature and in the summer months.
Color deep purple and insect with purple highlights. The nose is dominated by ripe red and black fruits followed by notes of spices. Full-bodied in the mouth with lively tannins and a lasting aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING: pasta with spicy sauces, beef burgers, grilled meats.
