Lazaridis The Black Sheep Dry White 0.75L Varieties: Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc Bright color with intense green-yellow highlights. The rich aromatic palette of Sauvignon Blanc, with aromas such as crepe fruit, citrus and freshly cut grass blend harmoniously with green apple and honey from the Semillon variety.
Maturation with battonage and Sauvignon Blanc give us this elegant mouth and the presence of Semillon the crisp acidity and citrus aromas. Metallic aftertaste, reflecting the Mediterranean terroir. It is served at 8-10°C, accompanying seafood, white lean meats, green salads with light dressing, Mediterranean cuisine oils and pasta with subtle sauces.

Vineyards: Foothills of Mount Pangaeus
Cultivation: Linear vineyards established in medium-textured soils that extend to the foothills of Mt. Pangaios.
Harvest date: End of August.
Vinification
Technique: The cryo-extraction method is followed with fermentation at low temperatures and maturing with batonnage for 3 months.
Tasting: Sparkling clear with light golden-green highlights. The typical aromas of melon and freshly cut grass alternate on a citrus background. A rich, cool and beautifully balanced taste, pleasant acidity and aromatic aftertaste.
Storage - aging: Drinks pleasantly for the next 2-3 years from the harvest.
Pairing: Served at 8-10 oC, accompanying seafood, white lean meats, salads with light dressing and pasta with subtle sauces.
