αριστη επιλογη και καλη διαχειριση κρεατος εκ μερους σας. Νοστιμη γεμιση, πολυ καλο κομματι ελαφιου και πεντανοστιμο, ουτε πολυ μαλακο, ουτε να μην μασιεται. Ακριβως οπως επρεπε. Αξιζε.

πολυ νοστημο, μαλακο και γευστικο, το ειχα παρει περισι το πηρα και φετοσ για πρωτοχρονια, απλα δεν θυμαμαι τον τροπο μαγειρεματος θα σας καλεσω !!!!!!
