🔥 Baking Instructions

  • Oven: Bake at 180°C for 2 – 2.5 hours with potatoes, lemon and oregano.

  • Spit: About 3 hours over medium heat, until golden and crispy on the outside.

  • Casserole: Bake covered for 2 hours and uncover for another 30 minutes to brown.
