From selected farms in Argentina , where Angus animals are fed natural grains (grain fed) , in a free-range environment.
The cut is aged for 20 days in a controlled environment to develop a deep flavor, and then flavored with black garlic , known for its rich, caramelized, and sweet flavor .

  • Oven: 180°C for 25–30 minutes, fat side up
