The suckling pig (65%) is combined with minced pork (15%) , caramelized plums and apricots , roasted almonds and walnuts , mustard, onion, thyme, sage and paprika , while it is flavored with orange juice that gives it natural sweetness and freshness.
The filling, rich and buttery, seals all the aromas of winter inside.
Each pork chop is delivered whole, with head , carefully tied, ready to be cooked in your oven for 4 hours.

🔥 Baking Instructions
❗ The product is not ready to eat — it requires baking.
🍖 Oven (air):
1️⃣ Preheat to 160°C .
2️⃣ Place the pork chop in a large baking pan, with a little water or wine on the bottom.
3️⃣ Bake for 4 hours , basting every 30 minutes with the juices from the pan.
4️⃣ For perfect skin, increase the temperature to 200°C for the last 20 minutes .
💡 Chef's tip:
For an extra crispy surface, brush the skin with a honey-mustard-olive oil-lemon mixture just before the end of baking.
Let the pork rest for 20 minutes before cutting, to preserve the flavors and juices.
