Winemaker's lamb is made from fresh Greek lamb , deboned and rolled into a roll.
It is filled with gruyere sticks , flavored with oregano, pepper, salt, lemon juice & zest and carefully wrapped in vine leaves , which give it its characteristic aroma and tender, honeyed texture.
The product is ready to bake in the oven , offering an impressive result without any effort.

🔥 Baking Instructions
❗ The product is not ready to eat — it needs to be baked before serving.

🍖 Oven:
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 150–160°C .
2️⃣ Place the wrapped lamb in a baking dish and pour over a little white wine .
3️⃣ Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour & 30 minutes .
4️⃣ Uncover and continue baking for another 10 minutes , until some of the wine has evaporated and it is golden brown.
5️⃣ Let it “rest” for 30–45′ before cutting it.

💡 Chef's tip:
After removing it from the oven, let it stand covered for 45 minutes — this way its juices will be distributed evenly and it will remain perfectly juicy.
