🔥 Baking Instructions
❗ The product is not ready to eat — it needs to be baked before serving.

🍖 Oven (air):
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C .
2️⃣ Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg for an even color.
3️⃣ Bake for approximately 60 minutes , until golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 60–65°C (medium).
4️⃣ Let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting it.

💡 Chef's tip:
For perfectly crispy puff pastry, bake the Wellington on parchment paper on a rack so that it is ventilated from below.
