❗ The product is not ready to eat — it requires baking before serving.
🍖 Oven:
1️⃣ Preheat to 180°C (fan) .
2️⃣ Place the Flank on a baking sheet, cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, covered .
3️⃣ Uncover and continue baking for 20–25 minutes , until golden brown.
4️⃣ Let it “rest” for 10 minutes before cutting it into slices.
