🍗 Oven (air):
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 150–180°C .
2️⃣ Place the turkey in a baking dish along with the baby potatoes.
3️⃣ Drizzle with orange juice and a little olive oil.
4️⃣ Bake for 3 hours total , the first 1:30 covered with aluminum foil.
5️⃣ Uncover for the last 45′–60′ to get a golden, crispy crust .
