Traditional handmade Gardoumba for baking in the oven.

Place in a pan either by touching it down or by putting the Gardouba on a grill and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 - 200 degrees for 2 hours. Uncover the last 20 minutes to let it color.
