1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C .
2️⃣ Place the pancetta caramel on parchment paper in a baking pan .
3️⃣ Add some water or orange juice to the steaming pan.
4️⃣ Bake for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes .
5️⃣ During the last 15 minutes, uncover to get a shiny, caramelized crust .
