It is made from Black Angus beef (70%) from Australian breeding John Dee, with natural nutrition and excellent marbling.
The filling consists of Metsovela cheese (15%) , lemon sauce (10%) and fresh lemon thyme (3%) , with a touch of paprika, salt and pepper .
The result is a stuffed Rib Eye , flavorful, tender, and ready to grill — without any additional preparation.

❗ The product is not ready to eat — it requires baking before serving.

🍖 Oven:
1️⃣ Preheat to 220°C (fan).
2️⃣ Bake for 25–30 minutes , until golden brown on the outside and still juicy on the inside.
3️⃣ Let it “rest” for 5–10 minutes before cutting it into slices.

💡 Chef's tip:
For extra flavor, drizzle with a little lemon juice and oregano at the end of baking or accompany with a lemon & thyme yogurt sauce.
