Stavlisia Beef Steak of Greece Comes from the upper part of the back of the animal. The name "stables" arose from the fact that large calves, due to their age, are put in the stables. Its oversized dimension piques the interest of meat eaters. The best way to enjoy it is grilled, ideally medium rare, if it is well seasoned, otherwise medium.

Σε μαρινάδα (λάδι, βαλσαμικο, δεντρολίβανο, πιπέρι, σκόρδο) για 1 ώρα και μετά ψήσιμο στη γκριλιέρα κι έγινε τέλεια! Πολύ καλό κομμάτι κρέατος!
