Ingredients: chicken 75%, sauce 12% (cream, water, juice)
lemon, sugar, orange juice, modified starch, salt, pineapple, onion powder, spices, acidifier: citric acid,
thickening agent: xanthan gum, dehydrated garlic), mustard (contains mustard), thyme.
Cooking method: Bake at 180 °C for 45 minutes. Check during baking and add water if necessary.
It's called poulet basquaise. What's special about this recipe is that it contains a lot of chili from a special variety from the Basque country.
It is called Espelette hot pepper and it takes its name from the village of the same name, near the Pyrenees Mountains, in Spain. The place lives from and for the espelette and the residents take care to dry it, making it a tourist attraction.
