🔥 Baking Method

No marinating required – oven-ready

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan)

  2. Place the roll in a baking pan with a little water, wine or broth on the bottom.

  3. Cover with parchment paper or aluminum foil and bake for 60–70 minutes.

  4. Remove the cover and continue baking for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

  5. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before cutting it.

  6. Cut into round slices , ideal for serving or restaurant portions

  • Fresh, in vacuum:
    • Refrigerator (0–4°C): up to 2–3 days
    • Freezing (-18°C): up to 4–6 months

  • After baking:
    • Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days
    • Heat in a low oven with a little broth or in a covered pan

Defrost only in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours before baking
