🔥 Baking Method
You don't open the bag. It bakes as is.

Preheat oven to 180°C (fan or fan)

Place the bag (as is) on a baking sheet

Bake for about 2 hours .

If you want a crispier result at the end, carefully open the bag and leave the meat for 10 minutes at 220°C without a cover.
No egg or oil brushing is even required – the marinade melts onto the meat

Fresh in a baking bag (vacuum):
In the refrigerator (0–4°C): up to 5 days
In the freezer (-18°C): up to 3–4 months -
After baking:
In the refrigerator for up to 2 days , ideally in an airtight container.
Heat in a low oven or microwave (with a little water or juice to prevent it from drying out)
Defrost ideally in the refrigerator 12 hours before baking , if frozen.
