The Outside Skirt is the part of the diaphragm muscle. It is located in the chest wall, from the 6th to the 12th rib. It is covered with a thick membrane that is the diaphragm itself (the steak is essentially the muscle that moves the diaphragm).
The Outside Skirt is slightly thicker than the Inside Skirt and is more uniform.
