  • Slow Cook / Casserole: 140°C for 3–4 hours with broth or wine

  • Oven: 160°C for 2.5–3 hours, covered

  • Sous Vide: 78°C for 10 hours, then lightly sauté

  • BBQ / Smoker: 120°C for 6 hours with dry rub and glaze
