Coarse barley ILIOS is the favorite Greek pasta, ideal for reawakening the magic of our childhood, with grandmother's traditional recipes and the family Sunday table. ILIOS coarse barley always remains pimply and guarantees success in all your creations. It is an excellent choice for soups, salads, but also for more modern options such as seafood, vegetable or poultry barley.
Instructions for Use: Add the pasta to plenty of boiling salted water and mix. Boil them, drain them and serve with sauce and grated cheese of your choice.
