🔥 Cooking Method
❗ The product is not ready to eat — full cooking is required before serving.
Baking in the oven
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 180°C .
2️⃣ Place the chicken with its sauce in a baking dish.
3️⃣ Bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes .
4️⃣ Check during baking and, if necessary, add a little water to the pan so that the sauce does not "dry out".
5️⃣ Make sure the chicken is fully cooked (the juices should run clear, with no pink spots on the bone or in the center of the pieces).
6️⃣ Let it "rest" for 5–10 minutes outside the oven before serving, so that the sauce can thicken.
💡 Chef's Tip:
At the end of baking, you can add fresh thyme and a little extra lemon/orange zest on top of the dish for an even more intense aroma.
