The Santorini of the Sigalas estate has a straw-blonde color with slight greenish highlights and fine aromas of mainly citrus fruits. The flavor density and acidity that highlight the aromas, give freshness and a long aftertaste to the wine.
With a characteristic minerality, typical of the variety and the soil, it can be aged for more than 6 years. It is served at 10-11°C and accompanies fish and white meats with light sauces.
The medium intensity lemon color characterizes the classic appearance of Assyrtikos. The nose is expected to be austere, complex with citrus blossoms, peach and lemon combined with mineral and herbal notes. In the mouth it is full, strict with high acidity, intense minerality characteristic of the terroir of Santorini.
