The carefully selected raw material of lamb leg offers deep flavor, rich collagen and a soft texture when slow cooked. The marinade includes:

🔥 Baking Method
The product comes in an oven-ready bag – we do not open it before baking.
➤ Oven (Ideal Method):

Cooking method: Bake for 2 hours in a preheated oven at 180°C with air with the bag closed, after 2 hours we open the bag for another 30 minutes to dry out
 
❗ We do not puncture – the bag is special for temperatures up to 200°C
❄️ Maintenance Method

Vacuum packaging – with expiration date:
• Refrigerate up to 10 days (0–4°C)
• Freeze up to 4 months 
Defrost: In the refrigerator for 24 hours before baking
