The package contains:

🔥 Cooking Method
🍲 Classic method (boiled):

Pour the contents of the package into a pot with 2–2.5 liters of water.

Add salt, pepper , a little olive oil and optionally lemon or egg-lemon juice.

Simmer for 60–80 minutes , until the meat is tender and the broth has thickened.

If you want a thicker texture: at the end, add 1–2 tablespoons of rice or a little trachana

Serve hot, with fresh bread or lemonade.
Tip: For an even clearer broth, remove the foam with a spoon during the first 10 minutes of boiling.

In the refrigerator (0–4°C): up to 2 days from receipt
In the freezer (-18°C): up to 3 months -
After cooking:
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days , ideally in a glass container.
