Baked directly from the freezer – without defrosting.

Preheat oven to 200°C (fan)

Place on a non-stick baking sheet, without covering.

Bake for 35–40 minutes until it turns a deep golden color.

Target internal temperature (for medium): 58–60°C

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving for better distribution of the juices.
You can optionally brush it with egg yolk before baking for an even shinier and more impressive result.
