🥩 Beef Popieta Stuffed with Vegetables
An elegant, handmade dish with finesse and color – ready for the oven or the pot
✨ Description
Beef popieta is one of the most classic yet gastronomically sophisticated choices in Greek and international cuisine. It is a thin fillet of beef , which has been hand-rolled, rolled and filled with colorful, fresh vegetables , creating a roll that impresses both in taste and appearance.
The filling includes:
-
Colorful peppers
-
Carrot julienne
-
Zucchini
-
Sautéed onion & leek
-
A touch of herbs (parsley, thyme)
-
A little balsamic or mustard cream for balance
A dish reminiscent of a family Sunday dinner , but with a presentation and quality that rivals gourmet cuisine.
