✨ Description

Black Angus Tigania is a product that combines authentic Greek tradition with the globally recognized quality of Angus beef. The Black Angus breed, originating from Australia or Argentina (depending on the batch), is characterized by:

  • 🥩 Buttery, smooth flavor

  • 🔥 High biological value protein

It is carefully cut into suitable cubes , ideal for frying – not too small so as to keep their insides juicy, nor too large so as to cook easily and quickly.

The marinade is specially designed to enhance, not cover, the flavor of Angus. It contains:

  • Dijon mustard & mild

  • Lemon juice and white vinegar

  • Extra-high quality olive oil

  • Garlic, oregano, freshly ground pepper

  • A dash of smoked paprika for depth

A premium choice for foodies, for quick cooking with a gourmet character.

🔥 Baking Method

➤ Frying pan – the tastiest way

  1. Remove the product 15 minutes before cooking.

  2. Pour into a hot non-stick pan with a little olive oil.

  3. Fry over medium to high heat for 12–15 minutes.

  4. Optionally, deglaze with white wine or lemon for an extra aromatic aftertaste.

➤ Oven

  • Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes in a casserole or ovenproof dish.

  • You can add baby potatoes or mushrooms to the same pan.

➤ Wok or Air Fryer

  • 180°C for 10–12 minutes

  • Ideal for mixing with noodles or basmati rice


❄️ Maintenance Method

  • Fresh vacuum or skin:
    • Refrigerate up to 3 days
    • Freeze up to 4–5 months

  • After baking:
    • Refrigerator: 48 hours
    • Heat in a non-stick pan or oven with a little olive oil

Defrost in the refrigerator 12 hours before use – not at room temperature
