Chicken Filet Nachos – Mexican Delight with Crust!
Discover a unique dish that marries juicy Greek chicken fillet with the intense flavors of Mexico! Chicken fillet nachos are thinly sliced strips of chicken breast, marinated in a blend of Mexican spices, sweet paprika, cumin and mild pepper. They are covered with a crispy coating of fresh, crumbled nachos and light cheese, creating a unique crust that melts on the outside and keeps the chicken juicy on the inside.

Baking Method:
In the Oven (recommended):

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced.

Place the fillets on parchment paper, in a single layer.

Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes , until the crust is well browned and the chicken is fully cooked.

Optionally, for the last 3-5 minutes, put it on the grill for an extra crispy result.
In the Pan (quick fix):

Add a few drops of olive oil to a non-stick pan.

Grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side , until browned and cooked through.
Serve with tomato sauce, sour cream, guacamole or even plain yogurt. It goes great with french fries, rice or a fresh salad.

For best results, thaw in the refrigerator 12 hours before baking. Do not refreeze thawed product.
