Skewered chicken wings are one of the most delicious and timeless favorites on the table – and now you can enjoy them the way they should be:
✔️ Marinated with spices and herbs ,
✔️ Ready for souvlaki or baking pan,
✔️ Rich in flavor, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.
Their marinade includes olive oil, paprika, garlic, oregano, pepper and lemon juice or vinegar – without preservatives , with a strong aroma and a fresh homemade feel.
They are perfect served with french fries, rice, yogurt dip or on a platter with pies!
🔥 Baking Method
🔥 Spit / Straw Machine:

Secure the wings on skewers or straws.

Bake over medium heat / charcoal / rotisserie for ~30–40 minutes

Turn them frequently until they get browned all over and are crispy.
🔥 Oven:

Preheat to 190–200°C

Place the wings on a rack over a baking sheet (to drain)

Bake for 40–45 minutes – turn them halfway through.

For the last 5 minutes, increase the temperature to 220°C for extra crispiness.
🔥 BBQ or Grill:

Roast over high heat for ~25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes.

In the refrigerator (0–4°C): up to 2 days
Freezing (-18°C): up to 3 months
If frozen, it is recommended to thaw in the refrigerator for 10–12 hours before baking.
