Pure salmon roe. Nose with expressive aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry along with a sense of freshness reminiscent of lemon zest and caramel.
In the mouth light, refreshing, crisp, exactly what you would expect when you see it served in the glass.
It could be a real great alternative for Provence rosé lovers, but on its own and without comparison it is a delightful rosé wine.
A single varietal Merlot wine from Domaine Costa Lazaridi, influenced by the school of Provence.
In the bottle we can see a light salmon color.
The nose is quite lively and refers mainly to red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, while a hint of lemon is not missing. In the mouth it is very cool, light with crisp acidity.
It goes well with both Greek and Mediterranean dishes.
