✨ Description

Rooster rolls are a hymn to Greek culinary tradition, inspired by the old villages where the rooster had a place of honor at Sunday tables. Here, however, it is presented in a modern, handmade gourmet version , with an explosive flavor combination.

Their base is exquisite rooster fillet , aromatic and rich, carefully selected for its texture and intense flavor. The filling consists of:

  • Florina pepper , sweet and aromatic,

  • Kasseri of Tyrnavos PDO , soft and slightly spicy,

  • A dose of mustard & herbs for extra depth.

The rollini is completed with a "hug" of thin slices of pork pancetta , which give an external crispness and additional flavor intensity.

A roll that impresses with its appearance, enchants with its taste and stands out with its quality.

🔥 Baking Method

The product is ready to bake – no additional marinating required

➤ Oven (ideal way)

  1. Preheat to 180°C (resistance or air)

  2. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in an ovenproof dish.

  3. Bake for 35–40 minutes, covered , and

  4. Uncover and bake for another 10–15 minutes for color

➤ Air fryer

  • 180°C for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through

➤ Grill (low heat)

  • Moderate temperature

  • Roast on a side heat for 30–35 minutes, turning frequently.

  • Fresh (vacuum or skin pack)
    • Refrigerator: up to 3 days
    • Freezing: up to 4 months

  • After baking:
    • Refrigerate for 48 hours
    • Heat in a low oven or air fryer
