Tagliatelle is perhaps the most refined and gastronomically impressive version of beef tenderloin. Here, it is made from high-quality Black Angus beef , known for its rich marbling and unsurpassed buttery texture . It is cut into thin slices, ideal for quick grilling and enjoyment at a medium rare or medium level.
The marinade gives us a distinct, Mediterranean character:

🔥 Baking Method
To properly showcase the tagliatelle , don't overcook it - medium at most.
➤ Frying pan / Cast iron (ideal):

Preheat the pan well.

Cook each side for 1.5–2 minutes.

Optionally, deglaze with wine or a little balsamic vinegar.

Let it rest on a cutting board for 3–5 minutes before slicing.
➤ Grill / BBQ:

Cook for 3–4 minutes total

Don't press the meat – let it "seal"
➤ Oven (if thick):

200°C for 8–10 minutes, then finish on a grill or pan
