Our stuffed tortilla is a handmade, “street food” dish that marries the everyday with the gourmet. Made from fresh wheat tortillas , rolled and filled with a rich, warm and filling combination:

🐄 Ground beef , sautéed with olive oil, tomato, onion and light spices

🧀 Cheddar – melted, rich, with a salty and slightly earthy flavor that melts into the filling

🌿 Optional herbs like oregano, paprika or cumin for a Mediterranean-tex mex balance
Wrapped and lightly breaded or sprinkled with semolina or cornmeal for extra crunchiness when baking.

🔥 Baking Method
Oven-ready – bakes as is, without unwrapping or preparation
Oven (ideal):

Preheat to 180–190°C

Place the tortilla on parchment paper or a non-stick baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes , until golden brown on the outside and the cheese is melted on the inside.

For the last 3–5 minutes, you can increase the temperature to 200–210°C for a crispy surface.

Let it sit for 5 minutes before cutting or serving.

Fresh – ready to bake (vacuum or skin pack):
• Refrigerator (0–4°C): up to 2 days
• Freezing (−18°C): up to 3–4 months -
After baking:
• In the refrigerator for up to 2 days , ideally reheated in the oven or in a toaster
Thaw (if frozen): in the refrigerator for 8–12 hours before baking
