A traditional Greek dish that gives us the feeling of autumn. The combination of lamb, gruyere cheese, fresh herbs, lemon and vine leaves can meet and be equal to haute gastronomy.
Ingredients: deboned and cut open lamb, vine leaves. salt, pepper, oregano, gruyere cheese cut into sticks. lemon juice and zest
Cooking method: In a preheated oven at 150 to 160 degrees, place the baking sheet with the wrapped vine-growing lamb, pouring white wine over the baking sheet. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for about 1:30 hours. Then remove the aluminum foil from the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes until some of the wine has evaporated. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, let the vine-growing lamb cool for 45 minutes, and then unwrap the parchment paper. Cut the vine-growing lamb into portions and enjoy.
