🔥 Cooking Instructions

  • Cooking: Cut into small pieces, sauté with onion and deglaze with wine.

  • Kokoretsi / Gardoumpakia: Combine with intestines and roast on a spit or in the oven.

  • Fry: Bake for 10–12 minutes over high heat with lemon & oregano.

Marinate the liver for 30 minutes in white wine, lemon, and thyme — it will become more tender and aromatic.
