🔥 Cooking Instructions

  • Oven: Bake at 180°C for 1 hour and 45 minutes – 2 hours with potatoes & herbs.

  • Bake: Covered for 1.5 hours and uncovered for 30 minutes for a crispy crust.

  • Grill / Spit roll: 2.5 hours over medium heat, turning constantly.

Marinate the boneless leg with olive oil, lemon, rosemary, garlic & oregano for at least 2 hours before baking.
