Περιγραφή

The olive is the neck or otherwise the neck of the ox. A fairly fatty and soft piece that can be cooked with or without the bone, over a low heat that brings out its wonderful flavor.

It is suitable for all types of cooking, except for the grill, i.e. for boiling, soups, stews (Roasted, Lemonade, Stew) and for the oven.
